Silvia Colloca
The Festival is thrilled to welcome the multi-talented Italian Australian food writer, actor, TV producer and Opera trained mezzo-soprano Silvia Colloca as our 2023 Festival Ambassador.
Her Italian heritage, coupled with extensive experience in the entertainment industry and a love of Italian cinema, travel and culture, makes her more than qualified to talk all things Italian!
In October last year, her debut album Sing Like An Italian peaked at number 1 on the ARIA Classic Album Chart and held that spot for an unprecedented 19 weeks. Silvia is currently writing her 7th book to add to her impressive collection of existing cookbooks.
Silvia will be in attendance at the Opening Night Galas in Sydney and Melbourne.
